Create a secure, inviting, and enriching environment that promotes the overall well-being and progress of children within the nursery.
Develop and implement a diverse range of age-appropriate activities to enrich children's learning, fostering their curiosity and advancement.
Cultivate positive and collaborative connections with children, parents, and colleagues to establish a nurturing and inclusive nursery atmosphere.
Monitor and document each child's development and accomplishments, effectively communicating this information to parents and recognizing the vital role they play in their child's growth.
Ensure unwavering adherence to all safeguarding and health & safety regulations within the nursery, guaranteeing a safe and protected environment for all.

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to become part of our client's vibrant team. As a crucial member, you will play a fundamental role in delivering exceptional care and education to their young learners, nurturing an environment that supports their holistic growth and development. Your dedication and enthusiasm will be instrumental in creating a nurturing setting where children can flourish and reach their full potential., Level 3 in Early Years or above
Demonstrated experience as a caring and dedicated Nursery Practitioner.
A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and adults alike.
