Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

• Duties
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum - Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods - Monitor children's development and provide feedback to parents or guardians - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area - Ensure the health and safety of all children in the nursery - Collaborate with other nursery practitioners and staff members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members - Strong understanding of child development principles and practices - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children - Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with care - Organizational skills to plan activities, keep records, and maintain a clean nursery environment - Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for the position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the nursery., Must hold minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years. Experience: Care and Education in Nursery: 2 years (required) Working with young children: 1 year (required) Childcare: 2 years (required) Working within a team: 1 year (required)
