Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

You'll play a vital role in shaping the development and growth of children aged 0-5 years, ensuring they thrive in a safe and engaging environment., + Oversee the daily operations of a nursery section, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children.
+ Plan and implement creative and engaging activities aligned with EYFS standards.
+ Collaborate with parents and team members to support children's individual needs.
+ Maintain accurate developmental records for each child, monitoring progress and milestones.
+ Ensure the nursery is a safe, clean, and nurturing space for children.
+ Supervise and support staff and apprentices, ensuring compliance with staff ratios and effective team management.
