Level 3 nursery practitioner

At ashbourne day nursery in Padgate we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of young children. You will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, and fostering positive relationships with both children and their families., Provide high-quality childcare in accordance with the nursery's policies and procedures.
Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and playtime, ensuring a structured environment.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised nursery environment that promotes exploration and creativity.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a supportive team atmosphere.
