  • As the Level 3 Nursery Room Leader, you will be at the forefront of creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our client's little ones. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Taking the lead in organizing and supervising daily activities within the nursery room, ensuring that each child receives top-notch care and educational experiences tailored to their individual needs and interests.

  • Planning and implementing a diverse range of age-appropriate activities that cater to the unique learning styles and developmental stages of every child, fueling their curiosity, creativity, and love for learning.

  • Proactively building strong and positive relationships with the children, parents, and colleagues, fostering an atmosphere of support, respect, and inclusivity within the nursery community.

  • Serving as a mentor and guide to your colleagues, providing them with the necessary support and resources to grow and excel in their roles, ultimately contributing to a cohesive and high-performing team.

  • Ensuring strict adherence to all safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a joyful and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and imagination.

    A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above that showcases your expertise, dedication, and in-depth understanding of early childhood development and education.

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within an early years setting, highlighting your exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • A deep understanding of child development principles and early years curriculum, demonstrating your unwavering commitment to shaping young minds and fostering holistic development.

  • While not mandatory, possessing First Aid and Safeguarding training would be a valuable asset, showcasing your commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in your care.

  • A strong dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursery environment, creating a welcoming and affirming space for all children and families.
