Lead and mentor a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the delivery of outstanding care and education to children.
Plan and implement engaging and inclusive activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of the children.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children to thrive and develop.
Build strong partnerships with parents and families, ensuring open and effective communication.

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Proven experience in a nursery setting, with a sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of nursery practice.

Salary: Up to £31,000, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising year on year to 30 days after 5 years service
