  • As a Level 3 Nursery Room Leader, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Proven and substantial experience working within a nursery setting, showcasing your proficiency and dedication in providing high-quality care and education in this environment.
  • 1 years' experience within a leadership and managerial role, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver excellence in their roles while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • In-depth knowledge and comprehension of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring the application of best practices in early childhood education to promote holistic child development.
  • A clear and thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures, with an unwavering commitment to the well-being of every child and the ability to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a talent for building strong and positive relationships with children and their families, promoting a transparent and supportive partnership with parents and caregivers.
