Full Job Description

Level 3 Nursery Room Leader, Leadership & Team Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and education. Lead, mentor, and support nursery staff, fostering professional growth and best practices. Curriculum Planning: Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework, tailored to meet each child's individual needs. Parent & Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates and support on their child's development. Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment, adhering to safeguarding and health and safety standards. Administrative Duties: Manage observations, assessments, and individual learning plans while maintaining accurate records.

  • Level 3 in Early Years Childcare (or above) is essential.
