- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of early years practitioners with unwavering support to ensure the optimal care and development of the children
- Develop and implement captivating, age-appropriate activities that stimulate children's learning and growth
- Establish and maintain a secure and nurturing environment for all children within the nursery
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive community
- Contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of the nursery's environment and program
- Collaborate and engage with external professionals and agencies to enrich the overall nursery experience for the children
Are you a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for early years childhood education? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated early years practitioners and play a pivotal role in enhancing the nursery experience for children and their families., A Level 3 in Early Years qualification or above, demonstrating a strong foundation in early years education - Proven experience in a childcare setting, showcasing the ability to effectively nurture and support the development of young children
