Full Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Room Leader who can contribute to our client's vibrant and inclusive team. As a Room Leader, you will be pivotal in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the optimal growth and development of young children., As a Level 3 Nursery Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurturing and skilled nursery practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education for all children in the room, fostering a supportive and positive atmosphere.
  • Design and implement an engaging and inclusive curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of children, aligning with the EYFS framework and the nursery's core values, ensuring that each child's potential is maximized.
  • Cultivate positive and supportive relationships with children, parents, and staff to foster open communication and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, promoting strong partnerships.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the room, upholding robust health and safety standards while promoting an inclusive environment for all children and staff, ensuring a safe and secure setting.
  • Facilitate the continuous professional development of the team by offering guidance, motivation, and mentorship, encouraging a culture of ongoing learning and growth.

    A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above, demonstrating a solid foundation in early childhood education.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a nursery setting, showcasing the ability to lead and motivate a team towards excellence.
  • A sound understanding of child development and comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework, guiding the planning and delivery of effective learning experiences.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • A dedication to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the nursery environment, ensuring that all children and staff feel valued and respected.
