Full Job Description

As a Level 3 Practitioner at our nursery, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and conducting a variety of activities to support the children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development

  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters exploration and creativity

  • Building strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and collaborative community

  • Maintaining comprehensive records of children's development and well-being, ensuring all aspects of their care are thoroughly documented

  • Adhering to safeguarding, health, and safety regulations to guarantee the well-being of the children in our care

We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner who is deeply passionate about early childhood education and committed to offering exceptional care for young children., A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

  • Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, demonstrating a strong understanding of the responsibilities and demands of the role

  • Proficiency in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a deep understanding of its principles and implementation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues

  • A commitment to providing diverse and inclusive learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child in our care
