Full Job Description

Marriott Primary School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and committed permanent Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role is based on a 32.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday plus 5 INSET days., If you are interested in this post, please submit an application ensuring that you outline your relevant experience and what you can bring to this role in the supporting information section of the application form.

  • Have a sound knowledge of the principles of Maths and Literacy

  • Be able to lead interventions to a high standard

  • Be able to manage children with social and emotional difficulties

  • Have the ability to close the gap for lower attaining pupils

  • Cover classes when required

  • Previous experience working in a primary setting.
