Full Job Description
- To work collaboratively with students, teachers, parents/carers to promote positive behaviour, and to help students overcome barriers to learning such as dis-regulated behaviour.
- To coach, support and train staff to implement behaviour interventions/strategies.
- To plan, deliver and evaluate the impact of behaviour interventions.
- To work with external agencies as required.
- Support Behaviour Lead to deliver Team Teach training. The role requires specialist skills, knowledge and equipment within a specialised context, working with children with substantial additional challenges which may be learning, physical, emotional or behavioural.
Beverley School is an all age special school for students with a diagnosis of autism and associated learning difficulties. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, highly numerate and literate Level 4 Teaching Assistant to work 5 days per week.
