I enjoy the varied role from supporting the warehouse leadership team by capturing and optimising the data, reporting back on trends or patterns, picking and putting away goods in the warehouse and capturing inventory and capacity management data which is relayed to the senior leadership team to identify challenges and solutions. Safety is a huge priority, and I'm involved in planning and ensuring safety actions are being completed. - Learn and apply the best practices in inventory management, demand planning, and logistics operational activities.
- Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery of materials and medicines, including warehousing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and smooth flow of medicines and materials, meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute operational activities such as production scheduling, packaging, and labeling.
- Use data for analysis and reporting to support decision making and process optimization.
- Contribute to implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Participate in projects related to sustainability, cost reduction, and process improvement.
Must have/be predicted three A levels at CCC or above or equivalent. - GCSE Mathematics and English (grade A-C / 9-4) or equivalent. Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English. Location: You will rotate between Harlow and Ware sites during this apprenticeship. You must live within a 60-minute commute of the site location on the day you start your apprenticeship as you are expected to be on site daily., We are looking for motivated individuals with a willingness and enthusiasm to learn, who are excited to join the Research & Development function to carry out a range of operational and logistical activities in a dynamic environment required to support the delivery of medicine to clinical trial patients. No prior experience is required as you will be given full training.

- A competitive starting base salary of £20,800 per year, which increases after year 1 to £26,400 (subject to annual review), plus an annual bonus based on company performance.
