Full Job Description

Cleaning office premises for prestigious Client, includes checking of meeting rooms, cleaning washrooms kitchens and any surrounding areas. Spot cleaning carpets and supporting the Housekeeping Team when required. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Hoovering/mopping of the client floor areas.
  • Carrying out deep cleans as required and using buffers and carpet cleaners, removing stains - training provided.
  • Ensuring premises are safe and disinfected regularly.
  • Removing waste, replenishing consumables and supplies and attending reactive jobs (spillages)
  • Customer Service as working along Client and Client's staff.
  • Collecting crockery, cutlery, plates etc from meeting rooms on a round robin basis and returning to the kitchen.
  • Liaise with the floor Front of House Team to coordinate the cleaning of the meeting rooms between meetings. Collecting of any confidential documents and handing them to a designated person
  • Regular spot checks and cleaning of washrooms.
  • Checking all client meeting rooms and assisting catering and Front of House teams by turning around rooms ready for next meeting.
  • Assist teams with ad-hoc requests for moving chairs and tables around the client floor.
  • Assist porters with large set-ups for events.
  • Spot cleans of carpet and walls during quiet periods.
  • Ad-hoc meeting room support across the site if needed.

    Must be well presented and good communicator.
  • Must have a can-do attitude and polite and approachable demeanour.
  • Hardworking and proactive, good timekeeping and attendance record
  • Must be able to work in a team.
  • Essential
  • One year experience in cleaning and working in an hospitality commercial environment.
