Librarian and Community Hub Leader

C1 (SCP 12-17) £27,711 - £30,060

Actual Salary £23,834- £25,855

Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, TTO + 5 days

Boston Spa Academy are seeking to recruit a Librarian and Community Hub Leader. This opportunity is of great importance to our work as an Academy with the successful candidate being responsible for managing the library on a daily basis, including stock management, student supervision and provision of assistance to all library users.

The Librarian and Community hub leader will also oversee the after-school Community Hub provision, supervising students in completing independent study.

The ideal applicant will have:

· GSCE Grade C/4 or above in Mathematics & English.

· Experience of working in school environment.

· Strong oral and written communication skills, friendly & approachable.
