  • Aiding the authority in achieving compliance with a wide number of regimes.

    Are you enthusiastic, customer-focused, technically knowledgeable, with good communication skills and enjoy delivering high quality services to customers.
  • Are you able to understand and explain complex matters in a way that helps people to achieve compliance? Could you mediate between parties with opposing positions?   • Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent qualifications or experience.
  • Able to demonstrate expert licensing and enforcement knowledge.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and contribute meaningfully to projects and cross cutting working groups.
  • The ability to deal with challenging situations using tact and discretion.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work without supervision, prioritise work to meet deadlines.
