Are you an administrator, who has a good eye for detail? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect role for you!, An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Licensing team on a part-time basis to support us with a vast range of licensing tasks, dealing with customer queries and general administration to help us achieve our timescales and customer expectations. Although flexible on how the hours are worked, ideally, we're looking for someone who can support us over 5 days between Monday - Friday.

You will mainly focus on licensing administration and will be responsible for key tasks within the services with opportunities to support your development if interested. You will help us to meet statutory timescales, respond to customer queries and support colleagues.

In this busy and varied role, no two days will be the same, you could be arranging driver knowledge tests, making vehicle plates and driver badges, dealing with customer queries via telephone/face-to-face or email or supporting our Licensing officers with their caseload. This is a chance to make an impact, learn new skills and be part of a supportive team., For many of our roles (and where it is possible) we are currently working remotely and anticipate in the future returning to a hybrid office model on a flexible basis. This will still include work-from-home and flexi-time opportunities to provide a good work-life balance whilst ensuring that teams benefit from in-person interaction. Candidates should therefore be within commutable distance of our offices in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire or able to attend meetings as required if further afield.

An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, you will be experienced in using Microsoft Office. Self-motivated and proactive, you will have some previous administrative experience and be able to manage your workload with minimal supervision to meet multiple deadlines.

A good general knowledge surrounding the concepts and principles of Licensing administration would be helpful, but we're committed to finding the right person. An experienced administrator with an interest in Licensing would also thrive in this role.
