Life Safety & Security Project Manager

Ideally located in the West Midlands area, the successful candidate will be an excellent 'people manager' both engineers and contractors, delivering an exceptional service to our Commercial Client base ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will negotiate with suppliers for the procurement of materials and have an excellent H&S awareness which will mainly be demonstrated in a contract environment i.e. a building site with a M&E contractor as the client.

Due to the successful expansion of the business and current workload we are looking for a motivated, committed and resourceful individual to join the team., Applicants should have a strong, proven background and portfolio within the contracting environment and be able to form good working relationships with our key contracts.

The individual will need exceptional interpersonal skills and a willingness to make a difference. They will need good working knowledge of most, if not all systems within the Life Safety & Security industry.

With the ability to operate independently and thrive in sometimes challenging environments, supported by a Senior PM our successful candidate will successfully deliver prestigious projects to the highest of standards.
