Join us in making a difference where it matters. #YourJobMatters Leisure Assistant - Hourly rate between £8.71 and £11.44 As a Leisure Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our members and customers. From lifeguarding our pools to maintaining cleanliness standards and assisting with equipment setup, you'll deliver exceptional customer service at every turn. Hours 25.25 per week (average) Week 1 Mon 14:30-21:30 Tues 14:30-19:00 Weds 14:30-22:00 Fri 5:45-13:30 Week 2 Mon 14:30-21:30 Tues 14:30-19:00 Weds 14:30-22:00 Fri 5:45-13:30 Week 3 Mon 14:30-21:30 Tues 14:30-19:00 Weds 14:30-22:00 Fri 5:45-13:30 Week 4 Mon 14:30-17:00 Tues 14:30-19:00 Weds 14:30-22:00 Fri 5:45-13:30 This includes 2 hours of required LA training each month,
- Lifeguarding duties, including monitoring pool safety and responding to emergencies.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
- Assisting with equipment setup and breakdown for various activities.
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests.
Responsible individual with a passion for working in leisure, health, and well-being. - Prior experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Strong commitment to safety and the well-being of others.
