Full Job Description

As our Lifestyles Lead you will manage the activities team, complete supervisions and appraisals, and ensure the daily activity schedules are followed help plan and organise a whole variety of activities for our residents to create a fun and interesting environment for them. You will also offer comfort and company on a one-to-one basis for any residents unable to undertake the activities.

  • You must have previous experience working in activity based roles
  • You must be alert at all times to our residents' physical and mental well being
  • Organise and accompany Residents, where possible, to off-site activities, which may occasionally take place out of normal working hours
  • Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Homes Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures.
