The Role:
Craftspeople work individually or as part of a team to repair and refurbish customer's leather goods. They should ensure the highest quality standards are achieved while making sure the department is efficient and the work runs smoothly., Follow instructions and monitor work practices to ensure that our products are refurbished to the agreed specifications.
- Adhere to quality procedures following our quality guidelines.
- Operate equipment and machinery responsibly, in line with the Health & Safety policy.
- Scan work in and out of appropriate areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Carry out specific production duties as and when required.
- Be willing and able to be trained in all required skills to repair products.
-Be willing to assist in other areas of the department and learn new skills.
- Achieve turnaround targets and be reactive and positive to change.

- Participate in team meetings.
- Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders.
