LILS / CM / MS - Mature Female Personal Assistant - Longton, Preston

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a young lady with additional needs within her own home and to access the local community.
We are looking for a mature, caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others.

As a Personal Assistant, your duties will include: assisting with access to the local community. Enabling independence and participating in outside activities. Personal care.
Wheelchair user at times, especially when out in the community and she is tube fed - training will be given in this area.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, but a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is required and you must have access to your own vehicle.
This is a part time position for 12hrs in term time and 16hrs non-term time (school holidays).

Hourly rate of £11.44 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
One of the requirements is Saturday working. The other hours can be discussed at interview.
