LILS / LM / AH - Personal Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a gentleman both in his own home and within the local community.
The main role will be to act as a mentor and companion for this gentleman by attending appointments, helping him develop confidence in social situations whilst also getting out and exploring new places with him.
A knowledge or experience of working with people with ASD would be an advantage but not essential, however it is essential that the PA is reliable, committed and compassionate and is able to work flexibly.
This role does not include any personal care but there will be a need for some light domestic duties including meal preparation and prompting engagement in everyday life.

A driver with a full clean license is required, however a mobility car is available for business purposes and to take client to appointments.

This is a part time position for a self employed personal assistant and hours can be worked flexibly by negotiation. Main hours will be worked midweek between 10am - 4pm with the occasional weekend and evening shifts, hours available will range between 15 - 30 h.p.w.
