• Lead and supervise a team of food production operatives
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Monitor and maintain production schedules
• Train and mentor team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  
  Previous experience in a supervisory role within food production
• Strong leadership and communication skills
