Seven Meetings & Events Spaces, perfectly designed to host a wide range of gatherings and events, each space offers the same commitment to quality, luxury, and service excellence that define Conrad London St. James.  A Linen Porter is responsible for assisting in managing linen room operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring quality controls are in place and managing guest inquiries. What will I be doing? Assist in overseeing Linen Room operations Ensure quality controls are in place for all linen processes, rejecting any exceptions Maintain cleanliness of the Linen Room Ensure linen and housekeeping supplies are ordered and controlled in line with Business and Events Carry out stock takes Take receipt of stock and ensure safe storage Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively Oversee the issuing of linen via a requisition system Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel's management   What are we looking for? Positive attitude Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work on own or in teams Methodical and well organised It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Previous hotel or laundry experience  Travel: St James Park Tube Station - District & Circle Line - across the road Westminster Tube Station - Jubilee Line (4 Mins Walk) Victoria Station (8 Mins Walk) Waterloo Station (10 Mins Walk)
