We are currently seeking a dedicated Linen Porter to join our dynamic team at the prestigious Dorset Square Hotel. As a Linen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards that Firmdale Hotels is renowned for. Working alongside our Room Attendants, you will ensure that our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your primary responsibility will involve the seamless collection and delivery of linen throughout all hotel departments. You will be the linchpin in our operations, ensuring that used linen is efficiently sorted and returned to our laundry team while also keeping a keen eye on linen stock levels across all linen cupboards. This is far from your average role - it is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires someone with a passion for excellence and a knack for working collaboratively with our ambitious, friendly, and hardworking team.,

• Efficiently collect and deliver linen to various hotel departments, ensuring timely availability and replenishment.
• Sort and separate used linen for return to the laundry team, maintaining a systematic approach to linen management.
• Monitor and maintain linen stock levels in all linen cupboards, ensuring an adequate supply for operational needs.
• Collaborate closely with Room Attendants and other team members to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Uphold a strong commitment to excellent customer service, embodying the Firmdale Hotels ethos in all interactions.
• Work effectively under pressure, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
