Full Job Description

To provide a clean linen service to Torbay and South Devon NHS foundation Trust.
To be responsible as a team member for receiving, checking, sorting, folding and loading trolleys for the movement of clean linen throughout the Hospital., + Assisting the Portering & Linen Room Supervisor in the day to day operation of the department.
+ Ensure that all ward, clinic and theatre staff are dealt with in the appropriate manner.
+ Ensure that the Linen Room Supervisor is kept briefed on all aspects of the operations.
+ Attend the mandatory training sessions identified for this period.
+ Build and maintain working relationships with Facilities Manager, Portering & Linen Room Supervisor, Linen Room Staff andTrust staff
+ To ensure daily that the end users have a timely, delivered and completed quota of clean linen at their disposal.
