Full Job Description

  • Your role would include helping clients with tasks such as :

  • Help with washing & dressing

  • Shopping & meal preparation

  • Prompting with medication

  • Support with daily routines

  • Respite services

  • Socialising and leisure activities

  • Helping clients access the community

  • Helping with personal care
