Full Job Description

We are looking for Live-In Care Managers - London, Kent, West Sussex, Hampshire, Bucks, Herts and Essex This business is built with an ethos of delivering care for people that truly need it. We only want people that want to make a difference. We are there for our clients whether our services are going smoothly, and in the hardest of times. You may have heard this many times before, but no two days are the same. We take great pride in the service we deliver and seeing our people thrive. If you want a role where you can do all of the above, then look no further! Every day with us is unique. We take immense pride in the exceptional service we deliver and in seeing our team members thrive. If you're ready to embark on a fulfilling career path where your empathy and customer focus truly matter, we want to hear from you. What will the role involve? As a Care Manager, you'll lead our live-in care service with compassion. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the commercial plans for your geographical area, with responsibilities including:

  • Safely transitioning clients from various care settings to be looked after by Trinity.
  • Assessing and protecting clients while supporting their families.
  • Ensuring quality and delivery of personalised, client-centred care.

Have a minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar role, with an understanding of the pressures faced by carers.
  • Live-in experience is a bonus, but we can provide support.
  • Bring diversity in experience, including but not limited to learning disabilities, nursing homes, and domiciliary care.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.

At Trinity Homecare, we believe in fostering a sense of belonging. We create a community where everyone feels welcome, valued, and understood. Trust is at the heart of everything we do.
  • We cultivate a culture where trust is a lived experience, creating strong bonds within our team and with those we serve. We respect our colleagues' needs as much as our clients, making sure every voice is heard and everyone is treated equally. And we don't settle for the status quo - we strive to be better every day, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. At Trinity Homecare, empathy, compassion, and common sense are qualities we value. If you want to make a real difference to people's lives, being a Trinity Carer could be your job of a lifetime. Come and be part of something truly special at Trinity Homecare. Together, let's make a difference. Would you like more information? Email Kayleigh at (email address removed)

We give 28 days annual leave. Career Growth - Progression opportunities into a Senior Leadership role, as well as many other roles within the Trinity Group. Your career is in your hands!
