Are you a compassionate and reliable experienced care worker with a passion for making a difference? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!, We are seeking an Live-in Care Worker to join our forward-thinking community interest company, supporting a young lady in her 20s with her care needs. This is a rewarding role that offers you the chance to truly make an impact while supporting her in her daily activities and helping her live a fulfilling, independent life., You'll be supporting our customer, a lively young woman who loves animals and is particularly fond of her pet chinchilla. You will help her with personal care, including bowel care, assist with nutritional needs, and support her health requirements throughout the day. Our customer attends a local farm during the week, and part of the role involves driving her to and from the farm, as well as supporting other outings and social activities.,
- Personal Care & Nutritional Support: Assist with her personal care and meal support to ensure her well-being throughout the working day.
- Driving: Drive the mobility car, helping her get to social activities and daily outings, including collecting her from a local care farm.
- Encouraging Independence: Help her maintain her independence, supporting her in making choices and decisions, and leading an active life.
- Animal Care: Support her in caring for her beloved pet chinchilla.
- Health Support: Assist with any necessary health-related needs, including the use of a gantry hoist. Work Schedule:
- One week on, one week off - you'll work 7 days, followed by 7 days off, giving you a great work-life balance.
- You will also be required to cover holidays and sickness as and when needed.
Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential for this role, as you will be driving the lady's mobility car. - Own Vehicle: You must have your own vehicle with business insurance for travel to and from the customers home due to the rural location in Brundall Norfolk.
- Care Experience: A minimum of 6 months' experience in care, whether in a community or care home setting.
- Positive Attitude & Communication: You should have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

- Reliable & Trustworthy: Reliability is key to this role, as is the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
