Deliver high-quality, personalised care to clients, including assistance with personal care, mobility, and medication reminders.
Prepare meals, manage household tasks, and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities and conversations.
Work closely with the client's family and healthcare team, ensuring clear and accurate communication of any changes in the client's health or care needs.
Maintain detailed records of care provided, and conduct a thorough handover each Monday at the end of your rotation.
