Live in Carer

Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Utilise IT systems to update patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Provide support with daily living activities and personal care
- Ensure the comfort and dignity of patients at all times

We are seeking a dedicated domiciliary Healthcare Assistant as a live in carer for an individual in their own home to join our team in providing compassionate care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a willingness to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
This is a full time position with a flexible work pattern such as 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 3 weeks on 2 weeks off., Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a care home or home care environment
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to drive is essential for this role
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different care scenarios
- You must have a full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
