Full Job Description

LSEG in London is looking for energetic and dynamic trade support professionals to join our global team. The candidate's primary role is to provide technical support to our clients for FXAll. The ideal candidate understands capital markets and related technology. They are excellent problem solvers who monitor the markets, anticipate scenarios and act with urgency. The ideal candidate can proficiently communicate with external and internal customers. They can work independently and take ownership of cases to resolution, as well as possess a cross-functional team-based approach towards meeting departmental goals. They can quickly learn new technology, industry trends and updates. Role Responsibilities

  • Support day to day running of core business processes by proactively monitor, detect, and respond to trade issues.
  • Resolve escalated client queries & escalate high-impact risk scenarios to resolver groups.
  • Conduct pre-market open checks, run end-to-end pre-market trading readiness. Proactive end-of-day trade reconciliation.
  • Facilitate Multilateral Trading Facility registrations and venue data management.
  • Manage broker mapping across different systems.
  • Set auto execution rules, administer fixing pair tolerances & settlement restrictions, and oversee credit relationships.
  • Manage CRM data entries and profiles.
  • Work with resolver groups as necessary.
  • Support learning & development as necessary.
  • Ensure own level of knowledge remains relevant to product and industry.
  • Build internal relationships & network with key teams.

    Experience in Operations from a Financial Services firm or account.
  • Capital Markets experience is required.
  • Experience with Multilateral Trading Facilities and financial instruments.
  • Worked in professional and client-focused environments where detailed processes must be followed.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Capacity to learn complex processes and must possess a growth mindset.
  • Can adapt to change, demonstrate flexibility and a can-do attitude.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Qualification from, or membership with professional bodies such as CFA, CISI and CAIA is an advantage.
