Full Job Description
Our elderly client in Clapham is looking for a full-time live-out carer to assist with mobility and daily routines. The ideal candidate should reside in the local area.
Working hours: 6 days a week 12 hours with a minimum of 2 hours break
Duties include:
assist with getting out of bed in the morning
help in showering
hoisting from bed to wheelchair
running errands such as picking up prescriptions
accompanying to leisure activities
organising doctor's appointments
preparing meals and snacks
keeping the client hydrated
changing bed linen as needed
medication prompting
supporting mobility while out
light housekeeping
ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
