Full Job Description

To support the Lead indevelopment of projectsrelating to Lived Experience,Peer Support and thedevelopment of a recoverycollege.

This will include: administrative support with events and meetings as well as support in setting up campaigns, focus groups and capturing the experiences of others.

There will be three parts to the role, focussing on the recovery college model, co-production and the peer support workforce respectively. We are open to considering Part Time or Job Share applications if a candidate wishes to express an interest in a specific area.

Specialist skills

Experience in acting in leadership or mentoring role within the peer support workforce

Experience in facilitating multi-disciplinary project groups

Involvement with rolling out new ways of working

Lived-experience of mental health service provision and working with those in receipt of services, The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
