Living Well Service Business & Partnerships Manager

The Living Well Service team includes over 40 staff delivering personalised behavioural change support to children and adults across Bradford District, including smoking cessation, exercise on referral (BEEP) and weight management. This exciting new position within the Service will be responsible for leading on the delivery of the business priorities for the growth and development of the Living Well Service., As an adept and competent partnership worker, the postholder will be responsible for working with system partners across primary care and secondary care, VCS and community partners to raise awareness of the Service offers and to develop safe and accessible and sustainable referral pathways. This permanent role is funded by the DHSC Smoking Cessation Grant and so, in addition to supporting the broader Living Well Service business needs, the postholder will play an integral role in meeting the objectives of the Smoking Cessation Grant and increasing the number of smoking cessation referrals coming into the Service from partners.

Public Health is part of a Health and Wellbeing Department that includes Adult Social Care and Environmental Health. Bradford Council is large unitary authority with an excellent reputation.
