Full Job Description
We are seeking Local Administrator to join our team based from Hastings to assist in the day to day depot operations to provide a safe, reliable and punctual train service. You will drive administration and personnel procedures for the Local Operations Managers areas of control taking initiative to ensure full compliance with all standards and procedures.,
- Initiate and conclude investigations of cancellations, delays and other (non-safety of the line) occurrences to ensure correct causation is established and attributed and that re-occurrences are minimised
- To re-attribute lost minutes to the correct manager/company as required.
- Deliver or exceed agreed performance indicators - reports requested reports received
- Maintain performance tracker
- Ensure that business environments are compliant with business, commercial and safety standards (to include notice boards, fault reporting and depot maintenance)
- Print, post and copy weekly rosters, daily alteration sheets, PA's diagram supplements and ad hoc notices and posted in a timely manner Hours: Tuesday 11:00 - 15:30. Wednesday 11:00 - 15:30. Thursday 11:00 - 15:30. Friday 11:00 - 16:00
- Knowledge of Oracle, Bugle, Trust, P2 & SheilaExcellent communication and motivation skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent minute taking, letter and report writing skills
- Able to demonstrate a high standard of confidentiality
