An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pennine Network Leadership Team as Business Operations Support Manager (Band 8a, 9 Months Fixed Term). We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and dynamic individual to join this fast paced network to support the Senior Leadership team with a diverse range of business related duties.
The Business Manager's role is to support the Pennine Network Leadership team by performing a variety and range of duties. These include managing administrative staff across the network, support teams to ensure that safety, quality and performance targets are delivered, develop business cases in collaboration with the teams to improve our services, report writing and attending meetings where you will provide written or verbal communication on behalf of the network. The post holder will be required to interact with all levels within the organisation and work with colleagues external to the Trust on agreed projects., Locality Network Leadership team by performing a variety and range of duties including administrative and support duties, including verbal and written communications, report writing, meetings and special projects.
This post holder will be required to interact with all levels within the organisation and serve as an external communication bridge.
As Business Manager to the Network you must understand the responsibilities, needs and priorities of the Network, maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure delivery of the various requirements.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
