Locality Lead - Public Health Nursing-PS.pdf (School Nursing)

The postholder will be accountable to the Service Lead for School and Learning Disability Nurse and will work with other 0-19+ Locality Leads as required to ensure that the activity of their designated team is coordinated as required with other Trust Services and other Agencies in support of effective and efficient care pathways. They will forge effective working relationships other CYP Nursing Teams, including Health Visiting, Children Looked After, Family Nurse Partnership and Community Nurses for Children with a Learning Disability.
