Full Job Description
We invite applications for a Tier 1 Medical doctor at Good Hope Hospital (GHH), part of University Hospitals Birmingham (UHB). The successful applicant will be part of the Tier 1 rota at Good Hope Hospital. This is a fixed term post for 4 months to cover a rota gap until 01/04/2025.,
- To undertake Tier 1 duties on the Tier 1 Medical rota, and function at a senior practitioner level, to provide autonomous clinical care.
- Assume a leading role and responsibility in evidence based clinical practice.
- To be a competent practitioner, leading innovation and demonstrating clinical expertise to a complex case load
- The post holder acts as a resource and advisor, providing expertise to the multidisciplinary team.
- To provide individualized family orientated care utilizing advanced clinical skills
- To support and facilitate the education and training of other members of the children's and neonatal team, including doctors and nurses at all levels.
