Full Job Description

As Service Centre Manager, you'll make it all happen. You'll drive ways to improve our performance, develop our people and implement fresh new ideas that keep us at the top of our game.

At the helm of a huge service centre, you'll inspire from the top whilst nurturing the family feel and open culture we're so proud of. As Service Centre Manager, you'll set standards, take ownership of P&L, control budgets, monitor resources and take action to make sure we're always bang on target.

What you need to show us

We're looking for someone with experience in a similar senior role (in an environment involving KPI monitoring and employed and self-employed teams) as well as the ability to think on your feet. This is a hands-on role and you will be responsible for ensuring the company service levels are achieved at all times and strive to exceed expectations.

To be a Service Centre Manager, you'll ideally be a CPC Holder (Transport Management) with a thorough knowledge of H&S policies and experience of dealing with disciplinary procedures. Although it's not essential an IOSH certificate would definitely be an advantage.
