Full Job Description

As a member of the Department of Medicine for Older People consultant team you will work as part of a multi-Disciplinary ward based team overseeing the care of your patients.

Depending on your sub-specialty interests clinical and non-clinical sessions can be built into your job plan including but not limited to Orthogeriatrics, Perioperative medicine for older people undergoing surgery (POPS), Movement Disorder, Dementia or acute medicine sessions. The CBU is focused on developing the service in new and innovative ways and would support sessions to develop new services., The job plan to commence will be approximately 10 programmed activities (PAs) set out as above with additional PA's for on-call.
