Southampton Childrens Hospital is delighted to offer the opportunity to join the General Paediatric team for a versatile, committed clinician interested in a 12-month locum position.
The successful applicant will gain the benefit of working in a Children's hospital with attached medical school and tertiary speciality paediatric teams.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of the general paediatric service and paediatric short stay unit. They will be expected to cover the secondary care epilepsy case load of the consultant on maternity leave, supported by rest of the secondary care epilepsy team.
The successful applicant will contribute to the provision of the General Paediatric group job plan which provides acute paediatric support in the Paediatric short stay unit and paediatric emergency department, Out-patients (both routine and urgent) and on-call.
