Are you dedicated to improving the lives of older adults? We are excited to announce an opportunity for a 6-Month Fixed Term Locum Consultant Physician to join our innovative team, working in a hybrid clinical model between our Acute Medical Unit (AMU) and Community Frailty Services. Why This Role?

- Professional Growth: This position is key as we seek Royal College approval for a new Job Description, offering you a unique chance to shape the future of this role., To provide, with consultant colleagues (as appropriate), a service in Community Frailty, supporting the development of acute medicine services, designated with responsibility for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness.
