Full Job Description

This post is intended to support both the PICU at Staffordshire Children's hospital at Royal Stoke (SCH@RS) in Stoke on Trent, and KIDSNTS Retrieval Service based at Birmingham. It is a fixed-term, one year post. The post holder will divide his/her time equally between the two units., The appointee will join the dedicated PICU (UHNM) and KIDS (BWC) teams to provide high quality service delivery, maintain standards and protocols, to provide teaching and perform audit., The appointee will be expected to take part in the delivery and development of clinical services within the Trust's Service and Financial Framework and in line with the Trust's clinical strategy.
The post-holder will also be expected to participate in the activities of appropriate Departmental, Directorate or Trust Committees and Working Groups as required.
