Locum Consultant Radiologist

The successful candidate will work with the current team to provide the highest level of patient care in musculoskeletal imaging including diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal radiology and will be expected to be active in research, presentation and publication.
We are seeking a candidate that works with a patient/problem-orientated approach to orthopaedic conditions including actively participating in various weekly MDT meetings as required., The Trust uses electronic new starter forms on Trac to collect personal details. Information collected is securely stored and used to set up the employee record on the ESR HR system.

Applications are invited for a part time locum appointment as a Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist with a specialist interest in Nuclear Medicine, particularly SPECT-CT.
The post would be for 6 months commencing from February 2025 and based at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust, Stanmore.
Full GMC registration and licence to practise essential.
Ideally the successful candidate will have completed fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiology (or equivalent) and have had a wide range of experience in reporting SPECT-CT, dual energy CT and bone arthroplasty related imaging. Tertiary level MDT experience in reviewing SPECT-CT and dual energy CT cases is a requirement.
