Locum Consultant Vascular Surgeon

The appointee will, together withConsultantcolleagues,be responsible for the provision ofoutpatient clinics, inpatient and day case operating lists, and attendance at MDTs and ward rounds.

The successful candidate will work according to the terms and conditions of the national Consultant Contract.

opportunities are available for a successful candidate with appropriate training and experience to help develop the endovascular service from vascular surgery perspective in partnership with existing vascular surgeons, and in collaboration with the Vascular Radiologists. The other area for development in the service is the diabetic foot disease in the multidisciplinary setting and "hot" vascular limb salvage clinics, and candidates interested in this area will also be considered for this post
