Full Job Description

To provide frequent and timely, cross-functional communication to multiple stakeholders, including any updates and changes crucial for the business and customers, mainly by supplying accurate and timely information regarding shipment status and any other logistics-related queries.

Create and develop positive relationships with external suppliers and carriers through regular meetings to discuss performance, ideas to improve and proactive planning to provide a constantly improving customer experience.

To develop a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The main focus of the role is to support corporate team by analyzing data, identifying trends and insights useful for operational improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and review performance of DC SLA's and provide feedback and ideas to improve.

  • Escalate to your manager if there are any performance concerns specific to warehouse processing times or couriers.

  • Hold regular review meetings with corporate stakeholders to align on logistics issues and/or opportunities.

  • Update website information with customer promise times agreed at corporate level, to ensure the most accurate and up to information is provided to our customers, taking into consideration bank holidays and other events in a very detailed and timely manner.

  • Manage daily and weekly monitoring of orders to review accuracy to defined targets and to track the amount of work touched to help with process optimization.

  • Liaise with our Customer department concerning issues / delays or of our carrier partners which may impact our customers in a very timely manner.

  • Communicate any operational changes to processes or deliveries to all relevant departments.

  • Support warehouse operating by liaising with warehouse management team on courier changes impacting demand.

  • Support corporate logistics customer service department by liaising with warehouse management team to provide timely feedbacks on orders processing status.


  • Discuss inputs provided by customer service to improve the customer experience, results and costs and ideas to streamline operational processes.

  • Carry on data analysis activities to translate relevant findings into reports or presentations for the corporate logistics CS team and management.

  • Ensure real time monitoring of SAP and other WMSs to identify anomalies.

  • Support corporate functions with daily report maintenance for orders monitoring purposes.

  • Working with the Operations team to create a fun, friendly and positive environment for all team members.

  • Collaboratively work with other Brands and departments in the event their volumes and workload become at risk of customer impact.
