Logistics Coordinator

Landmarc Support Services are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to provide essential administrative and logistical support for contract delivery. This role includes managing inventory systems, fuel and lubricant accounts, vehicle scheduling, and ensuring compliance with MOD standards.,

• Manage inventory using MJDI, including ordering, receipt, and stock management of Fuels, Lubricants, and Industrial Gases (FLIG).
• Oversee Mechanical Transport Fuel Installation (MTFI) operations, including monitoring the Eric system.
• Conduct FLIG assurance checks, such as tank dip testing and reconciliation.
• Manage and maintain all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in line with MOD policies.
• Coordinate vehicle and machinery maintenance schedules.
• Provide logistical assurance and compliance reporting.
  
  Knowledge of MOD standards and procedures (e.g., JSP 317)
• Knowledge of Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI)
• Completed Ground Fuel Management System Course (MTFI)
• Proficient in office administration and software (Microsoft Office)
• Experience in logistics and inventory management
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Full UK driving licence
